Limoncello

// //

This tiny Italian lunchroom can be found at Bankastraat. If it was closer by you’d find me here at least once a week. But considering I seldom venture out to Bankastraat plus the fact that Limoncello opening hours varies, it makes it hard to just drop in at any moment.

Limoncello is run and owned by a nice lady that cooks everything and makes fresh pastas. There is a daily menu of three choices more or less. Pictured above is fresh tortellini filled with ricotta in a lemon/sage/butter sauce. It tastes so much better than several more upscale Italian restaurants I have been to. The greatness is in the simpleness of the dishes.

I advice to call and inquire the opening hours and make reservations. There are only about 5 small tables.
