When I want to sit down and have a healthy lunch with a cup of tea I go to Instock. At Instock they cook with rescued food to fight food waste. My go to for lunch is the plank with soup, bread, salad, and other goodies. The dinner menu consist of several small choices — vegetarian, vegan and with meat.

I frequently go to Instock for lunch or dinner. Their quality/price balance is one of the best in the city. Instock also rotates their menu regularly, there is always something new to try
